Soooooo.. Green
This weeks challenge over on Penny Black Saturday is no patterned paper.
This is my entry using scraps from previous cards - midnight blue glitter board, green snowflake embossed paper, PB image coloured using Whispers pens, some holly cut from some previous cards I wasn't sure about and some bling from my stash. I'm also entering it in the Friday Sketchers Challenge.
So no more trees were harmed in the making of this card - surely I should get extra points for that?
Thanks for looking!
Sweet Sixteen
This is another entry (God loves a trier!) for the Pink Petticoat competition to win a Slice machine. I'm also entering it in the Cute Card Thursday Challenge whose theme this week is lilac.
The card is for Emma who will be sweet sixteen on 20th December. Her mum describes her as high maintenance, loves make-up, hates housework, very opinionated but very caring and loving - oh and she has purple hair. She also loves drama and is nicknamed 'The Drama Queen' by her family.
I've used a Lola Rose image and coloured her in rose and lilac. The background papers are from PP Lola's Boudoir Collection. I've printed most of her mum's description of her on the plain lilac background, added some purple ribbon, a happy birthday tag, some prima flowers and a little bling in the centre of the flowers and on the handbag.

Mmmmmm.......
This is my entry for the Pink Petticoat competition to win a Slice machine. I probably own more PP products than anything else - I love them.
The card has been printed with PP Big Dots in Duck Egg Blue, my new PP Christmas Rose image coloured again in Duck Egg Blue (oh to have a bum as cute as this!) and the same colour in the Washed Out range for the scalloped mat.
Some teeny weeny blue gems added to her bracelet and a ribbon bow at the bottom and voila - a simple, deliciously clean cut and very stylish Christmas card!

Missing Ewe Already
Here is my card for one of Ian's friends who is leaving sunny (lol) Scotland to live in Florida (you just wouldn't would you!!!!). Anyway, I am entering this on A Spoonful of Sugar Challenge - Blooming Marvelous - which is to use flowers or a floral paper on your card. I love this challenge because you are not tied to any particular product; you can use just whatever you fancy.
I have used my current favourite papers again from Shabby Princess. The image is from Pink Petticoat (love the wellies - a little reminder of home), some prima flowers and and some bling from my stash.

Pink Tutu
This is my entry for the Penny Black Saturday Challenge theme which is monochromatic. So you can choose black & white or you can go with different shades of one colour. It's entirely up to you what you create - card, atc, altered art etc.... as long as you include at least one Penny Black Stamp.
So this little pink confection has been run up from some scraps from previous cards.
I have used Summer Driggs Awareness paper, a PB image coloured with Faber-Castell watercolour pencils, a little glitter on the hedgie's tutu, a computer generated sentiment and some bling from my stash.

Holly-Bags
OK I lied here is one more for this week's Cute Card Thursday challenge which is to use red and green on your card.
I've printed a Pink Petticoat image directly onto the card, then printed it again, decoupaged and added a little red glitter glue to the holly berries and bow.
I'm definitely off to the Penny Black Saturday Challenge now.
Thanks for looking!
Cute Card Thursday
This week's Cute Card Thursday challenge is to use red and green on your card.
On my entry I've used Shabby Princess papers to make two cards. On the first I've used a Pink Petticoat image, ribbon from my stash and a jingle bell bought from Lakeland.
On the second it's all the same ingredients (only the papers have been reversed) and minus the jingle bell.
I also took a brave pill before stamping a sentiment directly on the card from Dimension Forth.
Right I'm off to the Penny Black Saturday Challenge now.

Handbags and Glad Rags
I haven't done a challenge all week so today is going to be a challenge-a-thon. Here is the first of today for Papertake Weekly based on Dawny's sketch #2. I have done both of her sketches now and have really enjoyed both.
The image and papers are Pink Petticoat and the sentiment is computer generated.

Something Naughty
Here is my first attempt at a box from Splitcoast Stampers tutorials - it needs a little fine tuning but I think it looks OK.
The paper and image are from Pink Petticoat, I have filled the box with dark chocolate mint truffles from M&S and closed the box with ribbon from my stash.

Cutey Pies
Here are my first admittedly simple (but I love them) cards using my Pink Petticoat Sweet Cheeks download purchased yesterday.
The dots have been printed directly onto linen card using Pink Petticoat's Big Dots and the other is on opalescent card.
Very simple but they are so gorgeous I don't think they need any other adornments.

Sunday Sunday
Last card of the day and the week for the Dottie's World Challenge.
The challenge is to create a card using only black, white and a splash of colour! You must include one or more of the Charmed Download images and only use 3 main colours - black, white and one colour of your choice. You can use as many tones of grey and of your chosen colour and you can obviously use a skintone and haircolour but that's it. Everybody who enters this week’s challenge (following all the rules) before Sunday 9th NOVEMBER will get the lovely freebie Fairy Dottie image .
You can only get it through joining the challenge - all you have to do is play along as usual, mention the freebie on your blog, add a link and leave a comment.
So here is my entry using Fishing George image coloured with Faber-Castell watercolour pencils and papers from Dovecraft charcoal prints. He is a very colour co-ordinated fisherman - obviously dressed by a woman - don't you think?

Cutie Sunday
Went to Craftology yesterday for some large envelopes and spent £103.00 (don't ask - if I tell you I'll have to shoot you!). Had a really lazy day today, back to work tomorrow (groan). After doing some cooking for next week I decided to enter Cutie Sunday challenge using up some scraps from previous cards (not pink again I hear you say).
I have used Summer Driggs Awareness paper, a PB image coloured with Faber-Castell watercolour pencils, a little glitter on the hedgie's tutu, a computer generated sentiment and some bling from my stash.
