2 Sketches 4 You

This is my first entry for the 2 Sketches 4 You challenge based on Laura's sketch #6. I have used papers from Summer Driggs, adhesive pearls from Papermania and Prima flowers.

I love the papers - even though it is quite dark - I think it looks very pretty.

On The First Day Of Christmas.... true love sent to me

So first Penny Black Challenge, first Christmas card of many and again made out of scraps. I am soooo green I'll be wearing hessian knickers next!

The Two Of Us

This weeks Cute Card Thursday challenge theme is 'The Two Of Us'. So anything goes as long as there are two of something on your card, it could be 2 people, 2 animals or 1 of each. This is my entry just a little girl and her teddy. I made this one using scraps of paper and card so I am very smug with myself for being so virtuous and so green! I save loads of scraps but I am absolutely rubbish at finding uses for them.

Nosey Parker!

If you are reading my blog before I get up this morning then:

Happy Birthday!

Lots of Love

True to form Ian received his first birthday wishes by blog. For his birthday he got lots of Wilson sporting gear which is just what he wanted. So by way of a small surprise, to open on the day, he got Guitar Hero for his Nintendo DS (regretting it already - use the earphones please!). With that in mind I thought his birthday card was pretty apt - what do you think?

The image is from Pink Petticoat, the stars cut with my Cricut, ribbon from Papermania and the paper from Dovecraft.

Relax.....You're Worth It!

Here is my card for the Cute Card Thursday challenge. The challenge this week is to make a card with the theme of 'In The House', anything which can be found in the home.

Mine features a lovely, bubbly bath which I think looks a bit art deco in style - I hope you agree.

The papers and image are from Pink Petticoat and the bubbles are Stickles Icicle.
